MERI isn’t a pet project.
It’s a field solution—built by Josh Sternbecker when “staying unseen” stopped being a skill and started being a survival requirement.
They call it Miraculously Enhanced Robotic Intelligence.
MERI’s body is primarily made from the Miracle Metal, so it can change shape fast enough to match a room’s angles and shadows.
The trick isn’t the Metal.
It’s the senses.
Four eyes.
Not for beauty—
for coverage.
Cameras embedded along the frame sample the environment in fragments—light, geometry, motion—then feed the surface with a live reconstruction. Not invisibility. Not cloaking.
Replacement.
The background gets re-rendered on top of the machine until your brain agrees there was never anything there.
And when MERI moves, the distortion doesn’t look like a glitch.
It looks like your memory slipping.
No one has confirmed what’s running inside it.
Not clean code. Not a commercial model. Not anything that ships.
Just something Sternbecker wrote when the world got too loud to survive in the open.
